Kasi Beutel has been exposed by Peter Lance in the Santa Barbara News Press. She has a history of committing bankruptcy fraud and doing anything she can to get a DUI conviction.
There has been not review of her cases, the prosecutors are still going forward, despite the fact that she is a proven liar that will screw anyone over to get ahead.
The breathalyzer she uses is fallible and has been proven to the flawed.
